30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
- Product must be unopened and in original condition (sealed box, unused)
- Skincare and serum products cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene and safety reasons
- All returns must include the original packaging and proof of purchase
How to Return
- Contact us at support@hoyradiance.com within 30 days with your order number
- We will provide return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for approved returns)
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the label
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the item is damaged or opened, we reserve the right to deny the return
Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order.
